This project is an education center located in New York on an approximately 573 acre parcel. The campus design includes housing, academic, administration, recreational, and service buildings which would provide services to both the students and the surrounding community. For the student housing buildings, Fluxus used prefabricated building systems that provide sustainable, innovative, price-sensitive and dependable accommodation solutions.
Located in New York, Fluxus Housing for Veterans is a 3-story prefabricated building designed as Permanent Supportive Housing to house 600 veterans with 121,432 sq.ft of Total Building Footprint. By using preconfigured basic modules that can be adapted to different requirements, Fluxus’ systems and services reduce start-up time through standardization and modularization.
